Warm Up
Slow and Low squats
Slow butt kicks
Slow high knees
Slow inchworm with push up
Jog one lap
The Thang: Start at 10 reps for each of the 2 exercises then count down reps until you get to 1 each.
Weighted jacks - Dead lifts
Chest press - Big Girls
Run a lap
Plank Row extension - Mountain climbers
Banded push ups - Windows (banded)
Run a lap
Clam shells - Touch-N-Jump squats
Bicep curls - Triceps extension
Run a lap
Banded Squat & press - Weighted burpees
