The Thang: Weighted: 12 reps each then 11, then 10....

Round 1: Curls, Donkey Kicks, V-Ups, Stand-Ups

Round 2: Chest Fly, Sit-Ups, Fire Hydrant, Burpee

Round 3: Rows, Rainbows, Hip Dips, Thrusters

Round 4: Kick Backs, L's, Mountain Climbers, Skier Row

We made it through all of round 1 then did 12 reps of all the other rounds before going back to do 11 reps of all.
