Partner Workout
One partner runs a lap around tennis court and then does 6 shoulder taps
While partner is doing run/shoulder taps, the other partner will start counting reps and will switch when partner returns.. and so on.
300 Slide Lunge (banded or weighted)
250 Bicep Curls
200 Buzz Saws
150 TipToe Squat
100 Banded lat pull down
50 BGSit ups with a twist (weighted)
-With partner do-
25 Curtains
25 knee tuck v ups
25 monkey humpers
25 calf raises
Run loop around tennis courts
COT- 5 C’s for a healthy mindset
