Todays Workout: “Ya get what ya get and ya don’t throw a fit!” We did BLIMPS x5! Which means you did: 25 Burpees 50 Lunges 75 Imperial Walkers 100 Push-ups or Mt. Climbers 125 Plank Jacks 150 Squats And if that wasn't enough, we found out who was tough with “Dora's Ouch Arms” which was a total of: 70 Bicep Curls 70 Tricep Extensions 70 Scare Crows AND 70 Overhead Presses! You ladies are amazing! Make sure you make yourself a priority! “That moment when you think you don't have time to take care of yourself, is the exact moment you have to take care of yourself.”
