Location: Riverside

Pax: Clips, Slainte, Nuke, Cash money, Treasure, Twilight, Voyager, Avalanche, Buckeye, hurricane
Warm-up: jumping jacks, windmills,
Inch worms, high knees, butt kicks
The breakdown: Group 1 goes to end of parking lot completing movement exercise while group 2 stays at warm up area where everything is in cadence and repeat Second group workout until first group comes back and then switch until you've made it through all 4 rounds. We ended up doing 5 rounds (repeated the first)
First group: Caterpillar around the building
Second group: 10 Jump lunges, 10 glute bridge dips , 10 plank shoulder taps
First group: Jump squat
Second group: 10 push-ups, 10 Russian twists, 10 side leg lifts
First group: walking lunges
Second group: 10 tricep dips, 10 mountain climbers, 10 Squats with side leg lifts
First group: walking side squats
Second group: 10 plank up/downs, 10 burpees, 10 plank jacks
(Last minute add due to time)
First group: Caterpillar around the building
Second group: 10 Jump lunges, 10 glute bridge dips , 10 plank shoulder taps
ROXANNE with bridge hold and full sit up on Roxanne.
Failure to launch squat holds!
