Warm Up:
Seal Taps, Jumping Jacks, Indian Jog Around Senior Center
The Thang:
2 Rounds Each weighted where possible (W):
Twisty Lunges to poop can then Row in place (W)
Reverse run back to start
PJ Inchworms (adding a push up and a squat jump) back to weight Row in place with the opposite arm
Mosey with weight overhead to the stage (W)
5 Box Jumps or 10 weighted step ups
10 Decline or Incline push ups
10 Tricep Dips
Mosey with weight overhead to grass
10 MPH Burpee (burpee adding 4 mountain climbers and a press, then jump) (W)
10 Side lunge with curl (W)
Mary (AKA Ab-O-Rama):
10 Each 2 Sets
Plank Taps on Curb or weight
Foot Taps on weight or curb
Full seated sit ups (W)
3 part leg lifts over weight
Raised Toe touches with weight
Russian Twist

Great job tossing those weights around ladies! This workout was so much fun. Really enjoyed the PJ Inchworms and MPH Burpees.
