Lung walk or Squat shuffle to next circuit


Arms Circuit

Start with 12 reps of each exercise and move down 2 each time through

Weighted exercises

Prayer Pulse

TriCep Extension

Diagonal hammer curl

Upright rows

Scarecrow


Legs Circuit

Start with 20 reps of each exercise and move down 5 each time through exercises

Squats

Side slide lunge (hard count)

Monkey Humpers

Dead Lifts

Squat Plié with Calf Raises or pulse


Abs Circuit

Start with 30 reps of each exercise and move down 10 each time through

American Hammers (hard count)

Reverse Crunch

Buzz Saw

Crunches

Raggedy Ann’s


4th Circuit

Start with 5 burpees or star jacks and move up 5 each time through
