Round 1: 10 of each exercise - with 4 burpees in the middle between each exercise
Side bear crawl
Dips
Imperial lunges
Lunges
Push ups
Round 2: 10 of each exercise
Run around the building
Sit ups
Bridges
Monkey Humpers
Sumo squats
Round 3: repeat round 1 - but do 20 of each exercise
Round 4: repeat round 2 - but do 20 of each exercise
"Sally" with squats
Cool down and stretch
