The Thang:

At the bottom of the hill: Squat with Knee to Elbow Crossovers

At the top: Push Up with Toe Taps


8's

At the Bottom: Squat Jump with Hillbillies

At the Top: Triceps Dips with Sparky Crabs


Run 3 blocks

10 Push-Ups

10 Sit-Ups

10 Sumo Squats

Repeat until everyone catches up and completes at least 1 round


Run 3 more blocks

10 Push-Ups

10 Sit-Ups

10 Sumo Squats

Repeat until everyone catches up and completes at least 1 round
