Workout: "Up, Down, Up, Down."
4 groups of 4 exercises that rotated between standing exercises (Up) and laying down exercises (Down). All hard counts. 1 lap was jogged in between each set. This process was done 2x followed by 5 minute stretch.
Warmup: Two laps around the pickleball courts.
1st Set:
- 20 Bicep Curls
- 10 Push-ups
- 20 Knees-to-Elbows
- 20 Hello Dollys
2nd Set:
- 20 Kick Backs
- 20 Second Plank
- 20 Squats
- 20 Rosalettas
3rd Set:
- 20 Curtains
- 20 Bird Dogs
- 20 Side Kicks
- 20 Rainbows
4th Set:
- 20 Side Arm Raises
- 20 Donkey Kicks
- 20 Side Lunges
- 20 Supermans
