10 each of Raggedy Ann, Burpee, Candle Stick Twist, Tri-Cep Dip, Jumping Jacks
40 Flutter Kicks
20 each of Sumo Squats, Bunny Hops, High Knees, Mountain Climbers
30 Calf Raises
30 Monkey Humpers, Plank Shoulder Tap, Push Ups
20 Superman's
40 Plank Jacks, Pilé Pumps
10 Hallelujahs
50 Frog Hip Thrust
And then Work your way back down the pyramid.
We ran about 1/3 mile after
40 step ups onto a bench (20 times each leg)
