Runaway Bride: caterpillar run from our parking lot around the Town Hall parking lot and back
First Dance: back to back with partner, pass the weight 70 reps
Chipper: Twilight's wedding date is 10/8, so 108 reps of each exercise (we ended up cutting down to 70 reps for several exercised due to time)
1. Walking Lunges Down the Aisle
2. Bouquet Toss (sword pulls) soft count
3. "I Do" corkscrews (Plank twist or hip dip soft count)
4. Take the Plunge (one legged up downs soft count)
5. Wedding Dress Press (push ups)
6. Take off the Garter (Russian twists soft count)
7. Electric Sliders (skater or curtsey lunge soft count)
8. Drop It Like It's Hot (monkey humpers)
9. Bear Crawl to the Toilet (side to side bear crawls)
3 min butt blast: 30 seconds each, no break: glute bridge, bridge pulse, knees together bridge, butterfly bridge, hydrants with weight, hamstring curl
5 min aborama: 30 seconds each, no break: bicycles with straight leg, reverse crunch, pike, baby crunch, V ups, star, ankle biter, hello dollies, side plank right, side plank left.
Finish with 1 minute plank.
