Warm Up: To the song Gobble Gobble Turkey Wobble by Koo Koo Kangaroo
Follow the song cues. When it gets to the "wobble" part- sqaut walk while flapping wings 4 time forward, then 4 times backward twice. Woop Woop- is halleluiahs.
The Thang: Everything with dumbells
Turkey Wing Flaps (bent over flys) x 20 + Weighted run to the end of the building and back
Uh-Oh Pass Through (From plank pass the weights to your opposite foot (both sides) push-up then bring the weights back) x 10
Reverse Burpee (pick up the weights for the jump) x 10
Kettle Bell Swings x 20 Weighted run to the end of the building and back
Elevated Hip Thrusts (weight on hips, legs straight on the wall and thrust) x 10
YWL (bent over arms form a Y then a W then an L) x 10
Goblet Squat x 25 + Weighted run to the end of the building and back
Oblique Twist x 15
Big Girl Sit-Up with a chest pull x 25 + Weighted run to the end of the building and back
Burpee (grab weights for the jump) x 15
Lovely Arms (wall sit with bicep curl) X 25 + Weighted run to the end of the building and back
Extra Fun Turkey Trot (duck walk with weights on hips to mid building and back)
Repeat

2 minutes of any plank or variation you want. Take those two minutes to reflect on what you are thankful for.
COT: Great work today! I'm so happy I got to start my Thanksgiving with such an inspiring group of women. Don't forget to take your attitude and turn it into gratitude. Try to see the good in each situation, even when it's frustrating. Remember, that someone wishes for the blessings that you have. Children.in-laws, parents, etc.
