-There are 3 levels, use weights where you’d like. Each exercise is 15 a piece. Hard count
-Start at ARM level with the bottom row, Move to LEG level, do bottom row and then AB level, do bottom row, after finishing that…
-Do 10 burpees
-Start at ARM level again and do second row, repeat at LEG level and at AB level, after finishing that…
-Do 10 burpees
-Start at ARM level with the top row, move to LEG level and do top row followed by AB level with the top row.
-Do 7 burpees
Start over until time runs out.
