The Thang:
Trick or Treat from cauldron - each candy has a number corresponding to a specific exercise. 45 sec on / 15 sec off. By the end, you’ll have done two rounds of each.
Dracula attack - reverse flyes
Goblin squat - goblet squat
Stabbers - tricep kickbacks
Buried alive - Arnold press
Frankensteins - front raise & kick
Gravediggers - ax chops
Zombie Dodgers - side lunge
Don’t Let Go - windmills
Spiders, Duck! - deadlifts
Werewolves - thrusters
Creepy Crawler - alligator push-ups
Close the Grave - dry docks
Death by Burpees
Corpse Crunch
Dead Bugs
Bat wings - Tricep Dip
Pumpkin swing - Kettlebell Swing
Skull Crushers
