Partner up. One partner does a wall sit while the other runs to the cones, does 1 burpee then runs back and switches. Continue until both partners have completed 3 burpees.

Repeat x 3


MARY

Both partners have a balloon.

Partner 1 does a bear crawl while pushing their balloon to the end of the wall and back

Partner 2 holds boat pose while lightly tapping their balloon in the air

Switch and repeat
