Warm Up:
Indian run (with 2 squats before running to the front) to the road and around to the tennis courts
The Thang:
Grinders but in groups of 4 and instead of running, do PJ Inchworms
Set 1:
Reverse One Legged Burpees
Star Crunches
Set 2:
Release the Frog
Butterfly crunches
Set 3:
Burpees
Big Girl Sit-Ups
Set 4:
Curtsy Lunges
Donkey Fires
MARY:
Plank challenge: 45 seconds on 15 seconds off x2
Side Plank with a leg raise
COT: You can't cheat the grind...it knows how much you've invested. It won't give you anything you haven't worked for. You didn't wake up this early for nothing. Make it count. It's you against you. No-one can push you harder than your willing to push yourself. Don't try to be better than the woman next, to you. Instead, try to be better than you were yesterday. Great job grinding today FiA femmes!!
