TIME TO FIVE 9/14/2021 AO: Riverside Q: Red Card PAX: Twilight, Puzzle, Sparks, Scorpion, Kaboom, Treasure, Cash Money, Hurricane, Karaoke, Passport , Slainte Warm-Up: Jumping Jacks Toy Soldiers Butt Kickers High Knees The Thang: 5 stations, 5 exercises and increase repetitions at each station by 5....i.e. Station 1 is 5 sets of all exercises, 2-10 reps, 3-15 reps, 4-20 reps, 5-25 reps. Mosey/run to the next station around Town Hall Park. Goal is 2x around. The 5 exercises are push ups, big girl sit ups, jump squats, plank jacks and burpees. COT: September is World Suicide Prevention Month and Friday Sept. 10, 2021 was World Suicide Prevention Day. YOU MATTER! DON’T BE AFRAID TO SPEAK UP; whether that’s asking someone if they are okay, noticing warning signs etc and don’t be afraid to seek help. YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER!
