20 In Out Cruches

10 Decline Dry Docks to Decline Push-Ups

Run the Loop

20 Side Step Ups (per leg)

10 Box Jumps

20 Triceps Dips

10 Rainbow Leg Lifts (per side)

Run the Loop

Repeat


20 seconds each, no rest for 3 rounds
