6/30 The Compound Q- Maui Wrangler, BA, Worm, Stingray, Grace, Old School- FNG (visiting from out of town) Flo Warm Up- Run 1 lap, 15 Air Squats, 20 walking Lunges, stretch while workout review is completed The Thing: This is 39- weighted 39 reps of each move with 5-8 pound weights Ground to Overhead Front Squats Biceps Curls Alternating Lunges (soft count) Overhead Presses Sumo Squats Hammer Curls Mountain Climbers (soft count) Triceps Kickbacks Run 1 lap- after the round is complete. Start new round as time allows- working for 30 minutes. Core Together- 2 rounds of 20 BG situps, 20 straight leg raises, 20 plank alternating arm taps COT- prayer of thankfulness for the up coming year- last in my 30s, for the ability to move our bodies and spend time with amazing women.
