4/25/22 National Never Miss A Monday
Location: The Cabana
Q: Shadow
Pax: baker, Sails, Click, MVP, Scrubs, Heels, Tidal Wave, Dora, Country, Pivot, Small Town, Bravado, Ole, Rio, Wrangler, FNG-Squid
Warm-up: Roll the Dice and do the corresponding exercise on the sheet.(just make it up 1 -5 burpees, 2- 10 push-ups, etc)
The Thang: 6 different exercise routines from the lexicon, go through them 1-2 times..
Ring of Fire: 5 minutes alternating planks and squats
Super 21: 1 push-up/1 sit-up, 2 push-ups/2 sit-ups all the way to 21
Bruce Lee - 6 rounds/3 reps each
LBC-BGS-Starfish-bicycle-ankle biters- reverse lunges
Achin' Legs: 20 Air squats, 20 lunges, 20 sumo squats, 20 step ups
BLIMPS: 5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Squats
Arm-aggedon: 25 of each: arm circles forward, arm circles back, touchdowns, rotation, press together, overhead press
COT: prayer 🙏🏻
