4/25/22 National Never Miss A Monday
AO: Riverside
Q:Hurricane
PAX: Slainte', Buckeye, Barkley, Scorpion, Hurricane
Warm Up:
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Cherry Pickers
Hamstring Stetches
The Thang: When a computer glitches you have to start over. Same with this workout. 4 cones, 8 exercises, maximum effect!
Each cone has two sides: One for Legs and One for Arms, PAX choose to start with arms or legs.
Legs:
Cone 1: 10 Burpees
run to Cone 2: 15 Squat Tuck Jumps
Run back to Cone 1 and repeat cones 1 and 2 before moving on to
Cone 3: 20 Jump Lunges
Run back to Cone 1 and repeat cones 1, 2, and 3 before moving on to
Cone 4: 25 Plie Squat Jumps
When finished with cone 4 run once around the loop and come back to complete Arms.
Arms:
Cone 1: 10 Triceps Push-Ups
run to cone 2: 15 Push-Up with a reach
run back to cone 1 and complete Cones 1 and 2 before moving on to
Cone 3: 20 Triceps Dips
Run back to Cone 1 and repeat cones 1, 2, and 3 before moving on to
Cone 4: 25 Carolina Dry Docks
When finished with cone 4 run once around the loop
Repeat both rounds, but drop all reps by 5 (5, 10, 15, 20)

What Does the Fox Say Abs: LBC's until the chorus then Bicycle Crunches on the second chorus switch to flutter kicks.
