Warm Up: Slow run through of exercises in first round - jabs, squat jumps, upper cuts, squat side kicks, jumping jacks, etc.
The Thang:
Part 1 - Circle up.
2 rounds, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
Hook and tap
Squat and Side Kick
Burpee and 8 Upper Cuts
Side to side lunge with cross punch
Bob and Weave, and Front Kick
Squat and high/low punches
Front kick, back kick
4 shuffles and 4 jabs
Part 2 - Mosey to parking lot and everyone line up at one side, do first exercise as you cross the parking lot to the other side, then next as you cross back. 2 rounds.
Walking Lunges With Hallelujahs
Alt Side squat
Frog jumps
4 High knees and push up
Low walking front squat
Bear Crawl
Part 3 - Mosey to wall, use wall to do ab/butt burner.
30 sec on, 10 sec off - 2 rounds
Plank with feet on wall
Alt Toe touches, butt touching wall with legs straight up on wall - crunch up and alt. toe touches
V hold - back and butt against wall, lift bent legs up, put hands on ground in front of you in between legs to steady. Hold.
Hip bridges- feet on wall
Plank Mountain climbers - feet high on wall, alt. bringing knee into chest.
Side hip lifts x 2 - brace feet against wall. Switch sides.
V on wall, wall touches - butt touching wall with legs making a 'v' - crunch up and touch wall in between legs.
Standing side bends x 2 - stand up and put back against wall. Raise one arm up bend to opposite side, keep back flat against wall. Switch sides.
