Opposite Toe Taps

Mosey to police station.

The Thang:

Tricep dips

Arm circles 30sec fwd/backwards

Push ups

Plank up downs

Run lap or cardio of choice

Repeat Arm Circuit

1 minute each

Ankle biters

In and outs

Toe taps

Threading the needle 30 seconds each side

Run lap or cardio or choice

Repeat Ab Circuit

1 min each

Lateral squat walk

Plea squats with pulse

Step downs 30 seconds each leg

Curtesy lunge

Run lap or cardio or choice

Repeat Leg Curcuit
