The Thang
Start with 5 high knees, after every station add 5 more high knees.
5 high knees, run to 1st station and do exercise/rep on cone.
Run back to start for 10 high knees. Run to station 2, do exercise/rep, then station 1 do exercise/rep and then back to high knees. Repeat until all stations are finished. Repeat as long as your workout time needs.
20 Frogger Pulse
10 Squat step ups
10 chair squats
10 tri cep dips
10 bunny hops
10 inclined pushups
15 bicep curl w/ around the world
10 standing oblique lean (hard)
10 renegade row (hard)
10 squat crunch (hard)
