30 LBC to Big Girl Sit -Up (LBC, down, then a Big Girl Sit-Up is one count)
Hold plank for as long as your Q. If you drop before her, do monkey humpers until she's finished
Leg Lift Complex (leg lifts, with crossovers, tucks, holds) if your feet drop touch the ground do burpees until everyone is finished
Side Plank Dips in cadence for a 10 count both sides
Wall Sit as long as your Q. If you stand up first do Raggedy Anns until she's finished.
Plank complex for 3 minutes (high, left, right, low, high, low)
Stretching for cooldown
