Warm up:

30 seconds of each:

Jumping jacks

Toy soldiers

High knees

Butt kickers


The THANG:

Teams of two-

First completes:

Side lunges- Jump squats- walking lunges- high skip


While the second completes these moves-

300 plank jacks

200 reverse crunches

100 reverse lunges

50 burpees

25 inch worms


Completing the reps as a team- one partner working per time


Stretching/cool down:

Full body stretches


COT:

Mistakes are proof that you are trying. Give yourself grace.
