(Surprise Attack Exercises included- High Knees, Shoulder Taps, Prayer Pulse, Monkey Humpers, Bunny Hops, Plank Hip Dips, Donkey Pulse, Arnold Press, Side Leg Lift( split time per side), Upright Row, Dead Lifts, Shoulder Pulse, Buzz Saw, Reverse Burpee, Run the Park Circle, Sit Ups (straight leg with weight), Tricep Dips, Bicycles, Sparkly Crab, Plank w/ weighted arm kickback, Clapping Push Up, Standing Fire Hydrant Pulse (split time per side), Elevated Plié Pumps, Squat, Weighted Pull Your Pants Up, Frog Glute, Burpees, Russian Twist, Weighted Chest Fly, Weighted Scarecrow Extensions, Mike Tyson, Plank Jack, Jumping Jacks MARY- Florida Georgia Line Up/Down song. Bicycles with a straight leg lift on Up/Down words. COT- -Chin up girl, you are not who you were a year ago. -It always seems inpossible until it’s done.
