Each exercise is 45 seconds on with a 10 second break in between. 30 seconds of rest between intervals. Repeat all 4 intervals a total of 3 times. Intervals: #1 Superset: Lateral Raise/Overhead Press HIIT: Soccer Run #2 Superset: Front Raise/Shoulder Fly HIIT: Catchers #3 Superset: Y-Raise/Upright Row HIIT: Squat Jumps #4 Swimmers Abs 45 seconds on, 10 seconds off Ankle Biters, Reverse Crunches, Dead Bugs, Box Cutters, LBC, Big Girl Situps Stretch!
