5/25/22 AO: Uptown Sweaty and Serene Cardio and yoga flow Q: Babs PAX: Trek, Starfish, Daisy Warm up: 5 mins Overhead stretches Side stretches Body circles Side lunges Butt kickers High knees Jumping jacks The Thang 1 minute jog 20 squats 20 push-ups 1 min jog 20 alternating side lunges 20 alternating front lunges with leg raise 1 min jog 20 crunches 20 crunches with knees 1 min jog 20 plié holds with heel raises 20 plié hold butterflies 1 min jog 20 dips 20 elevated push ups 1 min jog Planks with hip dips 10 each side Planks with leg raise 10 each side 5 min jog 3 min walk 15 minute yoga flow Instead of COT We sat in a circle and said something we were thankful for.
