Sunny Route 66 Date: 5/20/21 Location: Riverside Q: Sunny PAX: Twilight, Kaboom, Gaines, Sparks, Uptown, Scorpion, Cash $, Treasure, Tidal Wave, Rocky, Puzzle, Lobstah, Southpaw Warm Up: Mosey to senior center runners lunge with side turn cherry pickers arm circles The Thang: Route 66 Down the Road: Walking Lunge - first set of lights - curls starting with 5 and increasing reps by 5 at each light (5,10,15,20). Side shuffle to next set of lights. Rows starting with 5 and increasing reps by 5 at each light (5,10,15,20) Break down: Groups of 3: one high plank, one low plank one run up the stairs, across and back. Go through one time Back down the road: walking side lunge - first set of lights - tricep curl starting with 5 reps and increasing reps by 5 at each light (5,10,15,20). Butt kickers to next set of lights. repeat side lunge with tricep curl/reps at 2nd set of lights Aborama 5 minutes, 30 seconds each no break reverse crunch, toe touch, star cross, bicycle, ankle touch, big curl crunch, supermans, side plank, side plank, plank hold COT: get comfortable being uncomfortable and lean into the burn.
