Date: 4/29/21 Location: Riverside Q: Sunny PAX: Tidal wave, Hurricane, Foodie, Mermaid, Twilight, Southpaw, Cash Money, Treasure, Sparks, Thriller Warm Up: Downward Dog to Plank Arm Circles Cherry Pickers Ring of Fire - Plank - shoulder taps, plank jacks, mountain climbers The Thang: 2 Rounds 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest Round 1: Squat thruster, jumping jacks, sumo - arm lift, squat jump, lunge-curl, high knees, bent over row to tricep kickback, skaters, glute bridge - chest fly, butt kickers Round 2: RDLs, jumping jacks, lateral - front raise, quick feet, good mornings, high knees, concentration curls, skaters, DB leg curl, butt kickers Ab Closer: 5 minutes, 30 seconds each no break Sit up with weight, bicycles, flutter kicks, Russian twist, toe touch -repeat 2x Ring of Fire - squat to burpee COT: You are stronger than your fear!
