Warm-Up:
Run to the platform area/stairs near the community center
Rotating arm twists
Cherry pickers
Calf/hamstring stretches
Quad stretch
The Thang: Partner workout - Dora (SMP)
Using song: Flowers by Moby
Sally ups- High Plank
Sally downs - Low plank
4 Rounds each exercise with stair runs in between. Rotate with your partner. One doing the exercise while the other is doing stairs throughout the whole workout. Each person will do two rounds of each exercise/stairs for each one. Do each exercise until the partner runs back to switch and save you.
Hand Release push-ups
