The warmup: jumping jacks, high knees and butt kicks to get loose for about 3 min.


The thang: Do one workout(16 reps) (hard count) for each song... after 16 run to the end of the parking lot and back and repeat until the next song.

Deadlifts- song- Bootylicious

Donkey kicks- song- Honkeytonk Badonkadonk

Squats- song- Drop it like it’s Hot

Calf Raises - song- Roar

Glute bridges -song- Baby got Back

Side Lunges- song- Whip my Hair

Fire Hydrants- song- Baby’s got her blue jeans on

Sumo Squats - song- Tootsie Roll

Lunges - song- BubbleButt

Flutter Kicks -song- All shook Up
