Warm Up:

Mosey over to the Tennis courts

Toy Soldiers and Lunge side to side stretches.


The Thang:

While a song is playing, do 20 reps of an exercise, run to tennis court nets and back, do 20 reps, run to tennis courts and back. Keep going until the song is over. When the next song plays, switch exercises. Exercises we completed:


Mt. Climbers (Harder, Faster, Stronger, Daft Punk)

Push-ups (Push It, Salt and Peppa)

Squat Jumps (Jump Around, House of Pain)

Plank Punch (Eye of the Tiger)

Jumping Jacks (Party Rock, LMFAO)

Sparky Crabs (Walking on Sunshine KC and the Sunshine Band)

Curtsy Lunge (The Stroke, Billy Squire)

Heels to Heaven (Wagon Wheel, Darius Rucker)


COT:

Cool down outside Tennis Courts, Name-O-Rama for 3 FNG’s, Announcements by Hurricane. Prayer lead by Shadow.


Great Workout ladies! It was a lot harder then when I did it at home!! But y’all rocked it!!!
