The workout::

45s on 15s off, 3 rounds sliders/weight


Sliders:

Burpee squat

Fall outs

Low plank Reach

Reverse lunges

Mountain climbers or tucks

Jacks/High knees


Weights:

Alternating front raise

Lateral lunges

Hip bridge

Tricep kickbacks

Fast feet-anything cardio


Abs:

20 Toe circles L (on back, feet up knees bent, draw circle out with one foot)

20 Toe circles R

20 Lever (soft count)
