Frisbee time: Throw the Frisbee, while it's in the air everyone runs toward it. When it drops everyone lunges until someone reaches it. Repeat 6 times. Return to your spot for cherry pickers.

50 Jump Lunges (25 forward, 25 reverse)

Done as a superset per leg with no rest

10 Fire Hydrants with 10 Pulses

10 Donkey Kicks with 10 Pulses

10 Rainbow Kicks with 10 circles one way then 10 the opposite direction

10 L Kicks with 10 Pulses


Repeat on the next leg.
