Warm Up:

Mosey through the Alley around to the Street Light

Cherry Pickers, Quad Stretch, OYO Stretching as Q talks basics of situational awareness


The Thang: Maximum Damage, Minimal Effort


Jab Kicks to the knee, alternating legs until you reach the end of the lot.

50 Jumping Jacks


Push Kicks, alternating legs to until you reach the end of the lot.

20 Each Side, Knee Strikes


Front kicks groin level, alternating legs until you reach the end of the lot

20 Each Side Upper Cuts


Repeat


Holding Squat do:

20 Each Arm Palm Strikes to solar plexus

20 Each Arm Palm Strikes to Philtrum


Hold Plank until it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:

2 Knee Srikes into the pad with each leg holding the opposite shoulder


Hold Squat it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:

2 Knee Strikes into the pad each leg holding the back of the kneck


Hold Squat until it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:

2 Solar Plexus palm strikes into the pad


Hold Squat until it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:

2 Philtrum palm strikes into the pad


Partner work: Partners alternate between attacking and defending

Choke

Arms up blocking from a strike

Wrist Grab

Hair Pull

Head Lock


COT:

Remember ladies, use minimal effort for maximum results. Do what you're good at and do it fast. Use the little things, like baby pinches and low kicks. Target the vulnerable areas like eyes, groin, and ears. Elbows, Knees, and palms are a better option than punches if your body is not conditioned to punch correctly. Be aware of your surroundings always and avoid situations that will put you at greater risk!
