Holding Squat do:
20 Each Arm Palm Strikes to solar plexus
20 Each Arm Palm Strikes to Philtrum
Hold Plank until it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:
2 Knee Srikes into the pad with each leg holding the opposite shoulder
Hold Squat it's your turn- return to plank when finished until everyone has gone:
2 Knee Strikes into the pad each leg holding the back of the kneck

Remember ladies, use minimal effort for maximum results. Do what you're good at and do it fast. Use the little things, like baby pinches and low kicks. Target the vulnerable areas like eyes, groin, and ears. Elbows, Knees, and palms are a better option than punches if your body is not conditioned to punch correctly. Be aware of your surroundings always and avoid situations that will put you at greater risk!
