First group: inch worm

Second group: 10 Jump lunges, 10 glute bridge dips , 10 plank shoulder taps


First group: walking lunges

Second group: 10 push-ups, 10 Russian twists, 10 side leg lifts


First group: reverse walking lunges

Second group: 10 tricep dips, 10 mountain climbers, 10 Squats with front leg lifts


First group: burpee broad jump

Second group:10 monkey humpers, 10 plank jacks, 10 donkey to hydrants


Last couple of minutes: 10 plank up/downs, 10 reverse crunch , 10 skaters
