Warm up: Walking Indian Planks. Set up in plank on curb. Start walking plank, the person in back rotates to front of the line and keep walking plank. All the way from one end of the street to other & the. lunge back to mats


THANG:

Set 10 stations in 1 mile radius park & police.


1. Rosalitas 20 Reps

2. TRICEPS 20 Reps

3. Sliders 20 Reps

4. Monkey Humpers 20 Reps

5. Froggers 20 Reps

6. Squat + Overhead press 20 Reps

7. Bicep curls 20 Reps

8. Backward Lunge + overhead press 20 Reps

9.Inch worms 10 Reps

10. Push ups 20 Reps


- One set while doing 1 lap around the park ruck pack & weights

- One set at Mat


Mary: 10x (2 rounds)

-reverse Crunches

-ankle biters

-big girl sit-ups

- in & outs
