Warm-up: Butt kickers, High knees, Toy soldiers, Arm circles, Cherry pickers
The Thang (with weights):
Leg circuit: Mosey over to senior center parking lot, Station 1= burpee x1, Station 2=squat x5, Side shuffle to Station 3= Deadlift x5, lunges to Station 4= Calf Raises x5, side shuffle to Station 5=glute bridge x5; Repeat with 2 burpees, 10 everything else, repeat with 3 burpees, 15 everything else
Arm circuit: In cadence, count 19 up, then 19 down, move on to next exercise
Overhead press, bicep curl, overhead tricep extension, bent over row with rear fly, tricep kickback, pushups
Abs circuit: In cadence, count 19 up, then 19 down
Weighted sit ups, Russian twists, flutter kicks, high plank, side plank (switch sides halfway through), low plank.
