Warm Up: Run half a lap around field
The THANG: 100 Squats, 90 Tricep Dips, 80 Hydrants/Donkey Kick (40 each side), 70 Plank Shoulder Taps, 60 Side Lunges (30 each side), 50 Reverse Crunches, 40 Pushups, 30 Rosalitas, 20 Skaters, 10 Burpees.
Run a lap around the field between each set.
COT: Women need to shift from thinking "I'm not ready to do that" to thinking " I want to do that and I'll learn by doing it".
I don't need easy; I just need possible!
