Breakdown: everyone works at their own pace. Starting at the bottom of the pyramid with 5 exercises 10 reps each after all moves are completed run a short distance then return to complete the next tier. Once you have worked
Your way up the pyramid you will work your way back down (time permitting)
Block 1:
5 exercises - 10 reps each (arms)
*chest flys
*bench press
*skull crushers
*renegade row (5reps each arm)
*kneeling bicep curls
RUN
Block 2:
4 exercises - 20 reps each (legs)
*sumo squats
*curtsy lunge (10 each side)
*RDL
*single leg calf raises (10 each leg)
RUN
Block 3:
3 exercises - 30 reps each (abs)
*russian twist
*crunch pulse
* pass throughs
RUN
Block 4:
2 exercises - 40 reps each (bands)
* fire hydrant (20 each side)
*cross over kick back (20 each side)
RUN
Block 5:
1 exercise - 50 reps (band)
*jumping jacks with band
