PYRAMID OF TEARS Date: 6/8/21 Location: Riverside Q: Red Card PAX: Nuke, Lobstah, Southpaw, Voyager, Kaboom, Chowda, Mermaid, Foodie, Puzzle, Gaines, Sparks, Frosty, Hurricane, FNG---Chipper.
Warm up: Mosey to Police Station/Town Hall Jumping Jacks High Knees Butt Kickers Toy Soldiers
The Thang: Pyramid with 15 total tiers/exercises. On the right side of the pyramid is the number of Tiers 1, 2, 3,4, 5 and on the left side of the pyramid are the reps, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10. *1 lap around the BACK of the police station building and burpees in the mount of tier level AFTER each tier! Pyramid from top to bottom: 50 Raggedy Annes (1) 40 Ankle Biters, 40 Jump Squats (2) 30 Plank Jacks, Pretzel Crunches (each side), 30 Push Ups (3) 20 Box Cutters, 20 Plank Hops, 20 Bicycle Abs, 20 Tricep Dips (4) 10 Kanagroos, 10 SL Glute Bridges, 10 180* hops, 10 Plank Shoulder Taps, 10 Crab Cakes (5)
TRY HARD COUNT FOR ALL!
Start at the bottom of the pyramid and work your way up, THEN, back down to finish. If you’re feeling spunky, you can start at the top and work your way down, then back up. The idea is to go through the pyramid BOTH up and down plus the running lap and burpees.
