Tier 1 - 50 reps - Sumo Squats
Tier 2 - 40 reps - Ankle Biters, Door Knobs
Tier 3 - 30 reps - False Starts, Reverse Lunges, IYW Supermans
Tier 4 - 20 reps - Tricep Dips, Push Ups, Raggedy Anns, Buzz Saw
Tier 5 - 10 reps - Dori, Drops, SL Bridges, 180 Hops, Jump Squats
Start at the bottom and work up, and then work down - run and burpees in the amount of the tier level after each tier
Mary: 1 min plank, 1 min wall sit, 1 min LB sit ups
