10 inch worms, 20 raggedy anne, 30 plank hip dip, 40 squats, 50 plié pump, work back down with prior exercises.
Corner 2-
10 donkey burpees, 20 candle stick twist, 30 upright row, 40 shoulder taps, 50 bicep curls, work back down prior exercises
Corner 3-
10 mike tysons, 20 push ups, 30 slide lunges, 40 tri cep kickbacks, 50 straight leg lifts, work back down prior exercises
Corner 4-
10 curtains, 20 BGS, 30 bicycles, 40 calf raises, 50 frog pulse, work back down prior exercises
