10 reverse crunch, 15 glute bridge walk out, 20 oblique side dip (10 each side), 25 buzz saws, 20 1/2 sit ups, 15 one legged hello dollys, 10 squat raggedy Anns


FULL BODY


5 scissor jump, 10 table top extension to sitting, 5 weighted hammer curls into a pendulum, 10 push up to upright row, 30 sec Superman in n your back
