Title: Pop to the Other Side!

Warm-up:
- Big stretch
- Neck roll
- Touch toes
- Arm circles
- Quad stretch
- Knee circles
The Thang:
1. Group is split into two sides.
2. One cup of popsicle sticks containing workouts is on the ground on each side.
3. Players grab a stick from their side, complete the workout, then run to the opposite side.
4. The player then drops off their completed stick and picks up a new stick containing a
new workout, and completes that exercise.
5. Players then run to the other side and repeat steps 3-4 until 6:00am.

- Tricep dips (15)
- Crunches (20)
- Reverse crunch (20)

- Windmills (5 on each side)
Lower body
- One leg bridge raises (10 each side)
- Squats (15)
- Calf raises (20)
- Lunges (10 each side)
COT: “Focus on the step in front of you, not the whole staircase.”
