Pick your favorite playlist. Do each circuit to a full play through of a song, if you finish circuit before song is over start over on same circuit until the song ends. When next song starts, start on the next circuit and so on. Repeat full workout until 45 minutes is up.
Circuit 1
30 twist squats (L), 10 jumping jacks, 50 American hammers, 20 crunches, 10 slide lunges, 5 star jacks, 20 sec. plank, 30 twist squats (R)
Circuit 2
10 upright row, 20 kickbacks, 10 goalpost two straight arm, 30 prayer pulse, 20 low pulse, 10 bicep curl, 30 cartons, 20 upright row
Circuit 3
40 high knees, 15 seated knee tucks, 20 sliding lunges, 20 jumping jacks, 10 jackknife sit ups, 10 tiptoes squats, 30 mountain climbers, 40 calf raises
Circuit 4
10 reverse plank kicks, 20 sit up twist, 40 butt kickers, 20 sit up with an around the world, 15 bicycle punch, 10 sliding lunch, 20 Raggedy Ann, 40 squats
