Start with first exercise, in between every 20 reps do a burpee (burpee of your choice) after the next 20 reps, add another burpee (do 2)
With each new exercise you start, start your burpees all over.
Ex.- 100 Squats
Do 20 squats to one burpee, do 20 more squats to 2 burpees, good news is as you work your way down chipper, you’ll do less burpees. :grinning::woozy_face::rolling_on_the_floor_laughing::two_hearts:
Finish workout out and start over if you have time.

80-tuck with under leg weight touch
70-slide lunge
60-bicep curl w/ serve the platter
50-plank step out
40-monkey humpers
30-curtains into a hammer curl
20- hello dolly
10- jumping jacks
